{"id":9758,"date":"2022-12-01T14:55:55","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T14:55:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.jemmac.com\/?p=9758"},"modified":"2022-12-01T15:56:50","modified_gmt":"2022-12-01T15:56:50","slug":"company-announcement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jemmac.com\/index.php\/company\/company-announcement\/","title":{"rendered":"Company Announcement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Announcing New Positions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:12px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective December 1st, 2022, Alistair Henderson and James Slootweg will become Directors of Jemmac Software Ltd. alongside Graeme Philp, Mark Fisher and Matt Underwood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The expanded Board members will have the following titles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Graeme Philp \u2013 Non Exec Chairman<br>\u2022 Mark Fisher \u2013 Chief Executive Officer<br>\u2022 Matt Underwood \u2013 Chief Technical Officer<br>\u2022 Alistair Henderson \u2013 Operations Director<br>\u2022 James Slootweg \u2013 Technical Director<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, Lynne Fisher will be given the title, Principal Consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The appointment of Alistair and James to the Board, the new titles of the Board members and the creation of the Principal Consultant position will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Make a strong statement about our growth plans post COVID to our customers and staff. We believe this is good for the short, medium, and long term success and growth of the business and our continued relationships with our customers.<br>\u2022 Recognise, and reward strong and proven internal leadership skills and bring their fresh ideas and value to the business at the Board level.<br>\u2022 Allow for progression within the business at all levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individuals\u2019 day to day responsibilities won\u2019t change in the short term.
