Callum played all his Junior football for Nailsea Utd in the Woodspring League in Somerset during which time he was a regular in the League Representative teams. At 15 he moved into men's football at Nailsea Utd. Starting in the Colts he was then tracked through the five adult teams before making the full back slot for the 1st team his own.
Whilst playing for Nailsea Utd first team he helped them win the Somerset Premier League and Cup double in 2008.

Clevedon Town 2009
On Easter Monday 2009 Callum broke his arm playing for Nailsea Utd, which was his 81st game of the season!
In the summer of 2009 Clevedon Town which play in the Southern League Premier offered him pre-season training with the senior squad. On the basis of his performance Callum was then offered a one year contact and has been part of the 1st team squad since.
